Project Overview:

Our client, a technology company, is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and support the Agile software development process for their teams.

Desirable Skills:

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Nice to have:

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Experience with software development processes and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
