Pillars and Policies
Our Four Pillars
iFathom’s Four Pillars represent the foundation of our corporate responsibility and long-term vision. Each pillar, from achieving net-zero emissions to advancing reconciliation, gender equity, and inclusion, reflects our ongoing dedication to creating meaningful impact and measurable progress.
Net-Zero
We’re taking bold steps towards a sustainable future, pledging to achieve net-zero emissions and reduce our carbon footprint.
iFathom Corp holds Diamond Status in recognition of our ongoing leadership and excellence in sustainability and corporate responsibility. We are also an active participant in Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Net-Zero Challenge, a voluntary program aimed at motivating businesses to create and execute credible and efficient strategies to transition their operations and facilities to net-zero emissions by 2050.
Net Zero – Diamond Status
iFathom was awarded Diamond Status in the Net-Zero challenge in the summer of 2025, recognizing our leadership and commitment to reducing environmental impact and advancing sustainability initiatives.
Truth and Reconciliation
We’re taking meaningful steps toward reconciliation and inclusive growth, guided by respect, trust, and sustained action.
iFathom Corp is proud to advance Indigenous inclusion through our Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) — a framework designed to foster authentic partnerships, build capacity, and create sustainable socio-economic opportunities for Indigenous Peoples and businesses. In alignment with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Call to Action 92 and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP), our IPP reflects a lasting commitment to learning, collaboration, and shared success with Indigenous communities across Canada.
Women in Leadership
We’re taking purposeful steps to advance gender equity and create workplaces where women lead, thrive, and inspire.
iFathom Corp is deeply committed to fostering equality and inclusion through initiatives that empower women across all levels of our organization. Guided by our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy, we champion leadership development, mentorship, transparent recruitment, and flexible workplace policies that enable women to excel. Each action reflects our belief that true progress is achieved when every voice is valued and every opportunity is accessible.
Diversity and Inclusion
We are embracing diversity as a source of strength, building an inclusive environment where every perspective is valued and every individual is empowered to succeed.
iFathom Corp proudly partners with Plan International, a global humanitarian organization dedicated to advancing children’s rights and achieving equality for girls. Through this collaboration, we reinforce our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting initiatives that open opportunities for all. Our partnership reflects shared values, a belief in equity, empowerment, and belonging, and our collective vision of a world where everyone, regardless of gender or background, can thrive with equal rights and access to opportunity.
Within our own organization, iFathom’s workforce demonstrates this same commitment. Women represent 41% of our team, and employees from minority groups make up 59% of our workforce. This representation mirrors the communities we serve and enriches our culture with a wide range of experiences, perspectives, and ideas.
Looking forward, iFathom is focused on advancing equity through pay equity analysis, leadership representation, and transparent DEI reporting. We are committed to continuous improvement, fostering an environment where everyone has equitable access to growth and opportunity.
As a minority-owned enterprise, iFathom Corporation is a proud CAMSC (Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council) supplier. iFathom is also honoured to have been named the 2022 Small Business of the Year Award Winner by the CAMSC.
