Agile Coach

Project Overview:

Our client, a large organization, is seeking an Agile Coach to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and frameworks across their teams and departments.

Desirable Skills:

5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
Ability to design and deliver training and coaching programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (CAC) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC)
Experience with organizational development and culture change initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
