Michael Baraban joined iFathom in 2019 as the Managing Director for Toronto. Operating out of downtown Toronto, Michael leads iFathom’s sales and recruiting teams who are dedicated to providing workforce solutions to Toronto’s financial, telecommunications, insurance and government sectors. Michael is recognized as an expert in the industry, having spent almost a decade working for two of the world’s largest workforce solutions companies.
In his previous roles he was fast tracked to senior leadership, built out and developed robust high performance teams and most recently built his branch’s number of active IT consultants by over 167% in a single year by building genuine and meaningful relationships with both customers and consultants. Michael’s breadth of experience in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including the areas of recruitment process and technologies, labour market information and analysis, candidate assessment and workforce planning has helped him exceed his clients’ expectations through the acquisition of top talent, and contingent workforce management planning and strategies.
On his personal time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter exploring the city they love and supporting all of their local sports franchises.
