Overview: Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Implement and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Design and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows
Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment and operation
Train users on ServiceNow functionality and support post-implementation activities

Nice to have:
