Overview: Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize ServiceNow applications based on client requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow best practices
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth deployment and operation
  • Train users on ServiceNow functionality and support post-implementation activities

Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certificate(s)
  • Experience within the federal government
  • Active security clearance
