QA Test Lead

Project Overview:

Our client, a technology company, is seeking a QA Test Lead to manage and oversee the quality assurance and testing efforts for their software products.

Desirable Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Test Lead or in a similar role

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques

• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr

• Ability to create and maintain test plans and test cases

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Certified Tester

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks
