Data Scientist

Project Overview:

Our large public sector client is seeking a Data Scientist to support an enterprise-scale project

Desirable skills:

Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and computer science with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with machine learning, data mining, and data analysis techniques
Strong programming skills in Python, R, and/or SQL
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner
Experience with cloud-based data storage and processing (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to have:

Familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision
Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
