Kris Robillard is the President of iFathom, where he leads the operational engine behind the company’s delivery across enterprise and government clients. He is responsible for aligning sales, recruiting, and delivery functions to ensure consistent execution, high-quality outcomes, and scalable growth across the business.
Kris has played a key role in evolving iFathom into a structured organization, implementing performance metrics, operational cadences, and systems that bring structure and accountability to every stage of the hiring lifecycle. His work has strengthened delivery consistency, improved client transparency, and positioned iFathom as a trusted partner in complex, highly regulated environments.
Known for his low tolerance for inefficiency and ambiguity, Kris focuses on turning complexity into clear, executable systems that drive results. He builds teams that are accountable, aligned, and equipped to perform, while identifying and developing talent others often overlook.
He is currently focused on advancing iFathom’s operating model through the integration of data, automation, and AI tools to improve hiring outcomes and create a more transparent, efficient experience for both clients and consultants.
