Kris Robillard is the Chief Operating Officer of iFathom, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategy across Sales, Delivery, Operations, IT, Marketing, and Human Resources while overseeing day-to-day operations. Since joining iFathom in 2019, Kris has leveraged his expertise in building and leading high-performing teams to drive growth and efficiency.
With a background in the staffing industry, Kris previously served as the Canadian Director of National Recruitment and Delivery at a Fortune 500 staffing firm, where he honed his ability to scale operations and develop top-tier talent.
Kris holds four university degrees, including a Business Degree, an Economics Degree, a Communications Degree, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Outside of work, Kris enjoys adventuring with his wife, daughter, and son. His family is passionate about downhill skiing in the winter and spends summers exploring the Rideau Canal and 1000 Islands by boat.
