Stacey Luce is the Director of Proposals at iFathom, where she leads the development of high quality, compliant, and competitive proposals for enterprise and government clients.

Since joining in 2024, Stacey brings over 20 years of experience in IT staffing, procurement, and proposal management, including leadership roles with organizations such as Amazon Web Services and Experis-Veritaaq.

She translates complex requirements into clear, compelling responses and builds structured, repeatable processes that improve quality and consistency. Stacey also spearheads iFathom’s Net-Zero and EcoVadis initiatives and serves as the Quality Manager for ISO 9001:2015, playing a key role in strengthening the organization’s ability to compete and succeed in highly regulated environments.
